We are looking for a results-driven Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong execution focus to lead and deliver complex data engineering projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in Azure technologies, Databricks, and data engineering tools, coupled with exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and project planning skills. This role demands a proactive individual who can align technical execution with strategic objectives while fostering collaboration across teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 8 years’ experience required
• Strong execution-focused Data Engineering Technical Project Manager (TPM) with expertise in driving end-to-end project delivery
• Good understanding of Azure technologies, Databricks, and other data engineering tools
• Leadership skills to guide teams effectively Project Planning, resource management, and hands-on support to address technical challenges while ensuring timely completion of project milestones
• Excellent stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and a results-driven approach to ensure project success; Act as a bridge between technical execution and strategic objectives, fostering team collaboration and delivering impactful solutions.
• Experience with data marts and data warehousing is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Program Planning & Execution

• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee task allocation, ensure timely execution, and track progress to completion.

Technical Expertise

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of engineering concepts and processes.

Agile Leadership

• Implement and promote Agile practices, particularly Scrum, within the team.
• Serve as a coach and mentor to team members, enhancing their understanding and adoption of Agile principles.

Scrum Master Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure the team adheres to Agile practices.

Impediment Removal

• Identify and address blockers affecting team progress.
• Foster an environment that supports productivity and innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with multiple teams to manage dependencies, risks, and program deliverables.
• Ensure transparency and effective communication across all levels.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

• Proactively address challenges and identify opportunities for process improvements.
