Collaborating with analytics engineers, the full-time Data Scientist 3 will advise on analysis techniques, develop custom analytics models, and conduct exploratory analysis to drive insights and optimize business performance, with options for remote work in select US states or onsite in Lititz, PA.

Responsibilities

• Advising on analysis and modeling techniques to generate actionable insights from complex data
• Conducting exploratory analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical inference, to inform business decisions
• Partnering with stakeholders to translate retail business challenges into data science solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Science or a PhD in a relevant field
• Advanced skills in Python and SQL
• Proven ability with statistical methods and advanced modeling techniques
• Experience in ecommerce search, recommendation engines, or dynamic pricing is a plus
• No degree required; relevant skills and experience are prioritized
