Data scientist / ai engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist / AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in NLP, LLMs, and speech technologies, with a proven ability to deliver end-to-end machine learning solutions in production environments.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical discipline.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Demonstrated experience in solving complex AI/ML problems and delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Advanced expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including but not limited to: Text classification, Clustering and topic modeling, Summarization, Named Entity Recognition, Conversational AI systems
• Hands‑on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation, and deployment.
• Strong background in speech technologies, including automatic speech recognition and speech generation.
• Proficiency in Python and its machine learning ecosystem, including Py Torch, Tensor Flow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Proven experience in taking ML products from concept to production, covering: Data collection and exploratory data analysis, Model design and experimentation, Optimization, deployment, and post‑deployment monitoring and iteration

Cloud & Platform Experience

• Experience with cloud‑based ML platforms is highly desirable, including:
  • AWS: Sage Maker, EC2, S3, and related services
  • Microsoft Azure: Azure ML Studio, Azure AI Foundry

Preferred (Good‑to‑Have) Skills

• Experience with multimodal AI systems, integrating text, audio, vision, or structured data.
• Experience in optimization and advanced mathematical modeling tasks.
