Responsibilities

Data Foundations

  • Build and maintain data pipelines from various sources (CRM, ticketing, marketing, etc.)
  • Design and manage a centralized cloud‑based data warehouse
  • Structure reliable datasets to support analysis (fans, revenue, marketing)
  • Ensure data quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand and organize data needs

Analytics & Modeling

  • Perform analyses to support business decision‑making
  • Develop forecasting models (revenue, ticketing, attendance)
  • Segment audiences and analyze customer behavior
  • Contribute to revenue optimization and marketing performance
  • Analyze the performance of initiatives (marketing, partnerships, etc.)

Decision Support

  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Develop dashboards and clear reporting tools
  • Present findings to teams and leadership
  • Participate in strategic discussions with stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
  • Degree in economics, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related discipline
  • Experience working with data environments and analytical tools
  • Strong ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear messaging

Technical Expertise

  • Advanced SQL
  • Python (data analysis and modeling)
  • Experience with databases or data warehouses
  • Data visualization tools (Power BI)
  • Knowledge of data transformation tools (dbt)
