Responsibilities and Duties

• Facilitate Cross‑Cutting – Workforce Planning & Analytics delivering Business Analytics Support through Model the signal | surface the insight | transform role‑based dashboards into action‑ready decisions.
• Develop analytical models, dashboards, reports, and decision‑support products for Cross‑Cutting – Workforce Planning & Analytics.
• Profile and validate data, convert business questions into metrics, produce executive‑ready insights, and enable self‑service analytics through governed semantic models and repeatable reporting practices.
• Serve as Senior specialist or technical lead requiring independent execution, strong subject‑matter expertise, and responsibility for complex deliverables.
• Develop advanced analytic models, workforce insights, and decision‑support products for Workforce Planning & Analytics; support predictive analysis, KPI design, and executive reporting using governed data and modern analytics tools.

Qualifications
