A growing AI-first HealthTech company in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main region is hiring a Data Scientist - Analytics, Statistics & BI.

This is not a pure ML engineering role. It’s a senior analytics position focused on rigorous statistical thinking, production data systems, and real-world healthcare impact.

You’ll take ownership of the analytics layer behind a live AI platform already used in therapeutic environments. Working with complex behavioural and clinical datasets, you’ll apply strong statistical methodologies to identify meaningful patterns, evaluate study outcomes, and translate data into insights that directly influence product and clinical decision-making.

This is a senior individual contributor role with real influence - partnering closely with AI, engineering and product teams while driving BI, data quality standards, and the evolution of the data warehouse environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Data Scientist with strong analytics and statistical focus
  • Excellent foundation in applied statistics (hypothesis testing, regression modelling, study evaluation)
  • Strong Python and solid SQL
  • Experience working with modern data warehouses (BigQuery ideal)
  • Experience owning or evolving BI environments (Superset, Looker, Power BI etc.)
  • AI-ready mindset – actively leveraging modern AI tools to improve workflows
