Your role in the team

• Long-term technical support and co-creation of the transformation process from manual to automated data collection and enrichment - including the use and application of modern AI tools and automation solutions.
• Processing and analyzing very large datasets to derive data-driven business-relevant insights and strategies.
• Creation of business intelligence analyses to support data-driven decision-making across various corporate departments.
• Development, training, and optimization of machine learning models, especially for predictions and forecasts.
• Development of new data processes, data pipelines, and analytical data structures within a growing cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Confident handling of common tools, platforms, and programming environments for data analysis, data processing, and model development.
• Strong hands-on mentality and independent, self-responsible working style.
• Proactive, structured, and analytical working style with motivation to play a key role in shaping a newly emerging data ecosystem.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Experience

• Proven experience in implementing ETL processes as well as in building and developing BI landscapes.
• Experience in Machine Learning - especially in developing and operationalizing predictive models.

Education

• Completed degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
