We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to transform complex data into actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the business. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about analytics, machine learning, and solving real-world challenges through data.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Develop predictive models and machine learning solutions
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation processes
• Build dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Improve data models and analytical methodologies over time

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1–4 years of experience in data science, analytics, or similar roles
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analysis libraries
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and statistical modeling
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English
• French is an advantage but not mandatory
