Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning and AI models.
• Build and optimize ML pipelines using AWS SageMaker.
• Handle large-scale datasets (100M–200M+ records) for model training and inference.
• Implement distributed model training using Ray, Dask, or similar frameworks.
• Develop data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation workflows.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and cost efficiency on AWS.
• Collaborate with data engineers, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Deploy and monitor models in production environments.
• Ensure best practices for ML lifecycle management (MLOps).

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Data Science & Machine Learning.
• Hands-on expertise with AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Extensive experience with AWS SageMaker.
• Experience training models on large-scale datasets (100M+ records).
• Hands-on experience with distributed computing frameworks:
  • Ray
  • Dask
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
• Experience with data processing tools (Pandas, PySpark, NumPy).
• Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or fintech domain.
• Knowledge of cloud-native ML architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
