Within the Boulanger Data Department, within a growing Group Data ecosystem, you will be instrumental in developing the use of data. Within a growing Group ecosystem, become the architect of our AI solutions. In a demanding environment, you will drive the creation of predictive models and transform raw data into strategic & operational insights to generate tangible business impact.

Responsibilities

Your main missions:

• Data and AI Exploitation: Create AI models adapted to business needs and ensure data quality with Data referents.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work with stakeholders to understand and validate needs, model AI solutions, and challenge them to ensure their added value.
• Development and Deployment of AI Solutions: Build solutions on reference technologies, ensure their ergonomics and user experience, and support users in their adoption.
• Quality and Performance Monitoring: Ensure service continuity, evaluate the value creation of solutions, and supervise the quality of deployed models.

Collaboration and Project Management

• Facilitate collaboration between the business and the various stakeholders involved.
• Contribute to the modeling of data necessary for the creation of solutions.
• Manage the implementation of tools and methods for project management, and support teams in KPI tracking.

Technological Watch

• Stay informed about market innovations and trends.
• Participate in expertise communities to share best practices and improve processes and tools.

Your Future Technical Environment!

You will join a "Cloud-native" and modern environment:

• Languages: Confirmed mastery of Python and SQL. PySpark experience is a significant asset.
• Platforms: You will work with tools like Snowflake and Databricks.
• Engineering: Mastery of GitLab for versioning and collaborative work.

Profile Sought

With a Bac +5 (Engineering/Master's) or PhD degree specializing in Statistics or Data Science, you have built your expertise through a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist (excluding internships and work-study programs).
