How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Design, develop, and validate advanced statistical and machine learning models to enhance service demand forecast accuracy
  • Research and implement new modeling techniques to tackle complex business challenges within the supply chain and planning domain
  • Deploy and maintain predictive models in a production environment, ensuring their reliability and performance
  • Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets to uncover key trends and actionable insights for demand planning
  • Manage the lifecycle of data science projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics
  • Significant professional experience in a data science or data analyst role, with a proven track record in developing and deploying predictive models
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or demand planning environments is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, along with strong skills in SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and mentor junior professionals effectively
