About

We are seeking a talented and analytical Data Scientist with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with data, building models, and generating insights to support business decision-making across domains such as Retail, Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Build and deploy machine learning models for prediction and classification tasks
Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions
Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights
Validate and monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time
Work closely with engineering teams to deploy models into production

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst
Strong programming skills in Python or R
Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and data modeling
Experience with SQL and working with large datasets
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

Preferred Skills

Experience in one of the following domains:
- Retail (customer analytics, recommendation systems)
- Banking / Finance (fraud detection, risk modeling)
- Healthcare (patient data, predictive analytics)
- Insurance (claims analytics, underwriting models)
Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience deploying models using APIs or cloud services
