Data Scientist en Machine Learning

Job Description

As part of a team of 4 engineers and/or PhDs, you will be the company's technical referent for all machine learning topics. You will collaborate with the LTSI teams to model the evolution of the disease based on data from clinical studies conducted with the CHU de Rennes, AP-HP (Cochin, la Pitié Salpêtrière, Bichat, Avicenne) and Foch hospital. You will work on the development of a complete processing chain to aggregate data from our sensors as well as data provided by third-party services (patient records, air quality information) in order to provide an accurate estimation of each patient's exacerbation risk. You will actively participate in the development of the machine learning algorithms implemented on our platform and their dissemination through patent filings and scientific publications.

Tech Stack: Python, R, Server Less, AWS, machine learning tools (Tensorflow, Pytorch, Caffe...), Django, PostgreSQL, dynamoDB, proprietary SDK and framework, Git, Gitlab, CI CD, Jira

Best Practices: code review, unit testing, functional testing, automated testing hand to hand, continuous integration

Package:

• Max: 60k or more depending on profile

Profile Sought

• You do not have an engineering degree or a PhD in Machine Learning.
• You have not worked on at least one of the following topics: time series analysis, anomaly detection, heterogeneous data fusion.
• You are not interested in medicine-related topics.
• You are outside the salary range.

You will have understood, for this position we are looking for a senior profile specialized in Python.
