These Tasks Await You:

• Support of the worldwide Manufacturing Knowledge Transfer project
• Worldwide transfer of machines and processes, which must be technically embedded into the existing infrastructure at international locations
• A middleware is currently being developed as an interface between the system and the existing system in the respective factory, which will ultimately be rolled out internationally.
• The Digitalization Project Manager will also be responsible for maintaining this middleware, which is why knowledge in software development is an advantage
• As soon as a machine is delivered internationally, the Project Manager shall support the relevant location in connecting the machine during ramp-up and manufacturing components
• Support IT infrastructure for machine tools in global rollout
• Support machine data acquisition of specific machine tools worldwide
• Integration into local MES or ERP systems
• Software further development as existing middleware between machine and local systems
• Responsibility for international knowledge transfer to ensure that best practices and expertise are effectively shared

What You Should Bring:

• At least a completed apprenticeship in computer science, computational engineering science, or comparable
• Expert knowledge in machine data acquisition and transfer into existing MES or SAP systems, therefore IOT, OPC UA and MES systems are keywords that should be known
• Very good knowledge of Python programming
• Advantageous: Training in MES, AWS, Snowflake, OPC UA, Python, Snaplogic
• After an onboarding phase and individual agreement, 2 days per week of mobile working are possible (in principle)
• Fluent English and fluent German language skills
