Your Missions

Exploration & Preparation

• Identify, collect, and prepare internal and external data.
• Deliver enriched datasets and exploratory notebooks to characterize business phenomena.

Advanced Modeling

• Design, develop, and optimize mathematical and AI models (ML, Deep Learning).
• Provide evaluation results and prototypes/demonstrators to validate business value.

Industrialization & Run

• Prepare deployment on production infrastructures by delivering packaged, standardized, and documented code.
• Define monitoring, retraining frequency, and ensure evolutionary maintenance.

Expertise & Acculturation

• Write technical/functional documentation and produce materials for project committees.
• Participate in overall skill development through mentoring and sharing feedback.

Responsible AI

• Ensure compliance with requirements for explainability, ethics, and digital sobriety (AI Act, frugal AI, GDPR).

The Profile We're Looking For

• Graduated from a Bac +5 program (school or university), you have at least 7 years of experience as a data scientist.
• Scientific Expertise: Very solid background in mathematics, statistics, and machine learning algorithms.
• Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Git (PySpark is a plus). Experience with Agile methods.
• Industrial Culture: Ability to deploy models in a production environment with a business value-oriented approach.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Awareness of AFNOR SPEC 2314 standards, the DATA ACT, and digital accessibility (RGAA).
• Specialties: Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, or Operational Research.
