As a Data Scientist with a focus on GenAI, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team of other Data Scientists and Data Engineers - together you will actively shape the AI landscape of SCOS!

Your Tasks

• Development and modeling of AI models - from classic statistical methods (e.g. OLS, RLS) to the use of modern Foundation Models
• Building and further developing data pipelines from various systems such as GCP, STACKIT, SAP and APIs
• Implementation of GenAI components in existing and new data processes
• Conception and development of agents that can be productively used in business processes
• Consulting specialist departments on the efficient use of LLMs and GenAI products from the Google ecosystem or STACKIT with the goal of sustainably increasing the data maturity of the organization
• Active participation in an agile environment according to SCRUM, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, statistics, mathematics with a focus on data science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a Data Scientist (or comparable) in the modeling of classic AI methods as well as modern GenAI technologies (Foundation Models, Agents) using Databricks, Google Cloud (GCP) or STACKIT, as well as in building data pipelines (e.g. via SAP/APIs)
• Broad skillset along the value chain (Engineering, Modeling, Visualization, Science) as well as routine in agile collaboration according to SCRUM
• A structured and results-oriented way of working combined with the ability to precisely analyze complex contexts
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues understandably in negotiation-level German and English
• A high degree of initiative, willingness to learn, and enjoyment of teamwork
