About the role

In this role, you will translate business requirements into analytical use cases (Generative AI and Machine Learning) and drive innovation as well as efficiency within the Vaillant Group.
They analyze business use cases in terms of feasibility and effort estimation based on the Vaillant data model, including data quality and necessary preprocessing steps.
They apply modern GenAI design patterns (including agentic workflows) as well as machine learning methods to effectively support the needs of the business units.
Furthermore, you critically evaluate AI solutions and analyses using appropriate metrics to validate the achievement of business objectives and identify optimization potentials.
You communicate results clearly and understandably to cross-functional project teams and stakeholders - supported by precise presentations and meaningful visualizations.
Finally, you utilize cloud services and in-house developed applications (Python) to deploy production-ready AI/ML solutions.

You speak fluent English; German is an advantage.

You have more than 4 years of professional experience in Data Science/Data Analytics and demonstrable success in Data Science projects.
You have excellent programming skills (especially in Python), experience in visualizing complex data, and very good knowledge of working with cloud services and data science-related components (primarily in Microsoft Azure).
You have extensive experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and/or agentic AI solutions in enterprise projects to address real-world challenges.
