Data Scientist

About Us

We are seeking a Data Scientist to lead a team that delivers high-quality data science solutions to strengthen both offensive and defensive tradecraft mission capabilities. The team develops and deploys custom, full-stack software prototypes using modern technologies including Python, Flask, AWS, HTML, JavaScript, Jinja, and CSS, operating across heterogeneous client networks, and on Windows and Linux environments. Solutions include end-to-end architectures encompassing intuitive front-end user interfaces, robust middleware and analytic engines, and scalable data storage layers.

Apply advanced agentic AI and machine learning techniques to integrate and exploit complex, disparate data sources. These efforts include multilingual text processing, optical character recognition (OCR), image analysis, structured databases, and unstructured document collections, resulting in the extraction of actionable intelligence and increased analytic efficiency for mission partners.

Coach and guide client leadership and mission stakeholders in strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance management related to data science and AI investments. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, mission-relevant terms for non-technical audiences, enabling informed decision-making at both operational and executive levels.

Location

On site in Chantilly, with the occasional ability to work remotely (approximately 10% of the time).
