About the role

The Customer Operations team is looking for a Data Scientist who is passionate about solving complex problems with data, building AIu2011powered insights, and applying machine learning to elevate customer experience. In this role, you will collaborate with crossu2011functional partners across Operations, Business Intelligence, DEAI, Digital, and Marketing to build models, surface insights, and contribute to transformation initiatives across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities • Develop, test, and deploy machineu2011learning models that support customeru2011experience improvement, operational efficiency, segmentation, predictive analytics, and automation in close partnership with operations leadership. • Transform large and diverse data sources into actionable insights by applying statistical techniques, feature engineering, and model evaluation best practices. • Build data pipelines, monitoring dashboards, and analytical workflows that enhance model reliability and operational scalability. • Oversee continuous improvement initiatives by empowering teams to analyze behavioral and usage data, anticipate emerging risks, and design scalable solutions and playbooks for atu2011risk segments. • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with analysts, digital, frontline and support teams to ensure AI models and insights are aligned with crossu2011channel experience strategies and enterprise transformation goals. • Contribute to playbooks, prototypes, and experimentation frameworks that accelerate innovation and drive customeru2011centric solution design.

Critical Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. • 1-3 years of experience in a data science or analytics role. • Cloud foundational certification (For example: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect). • Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python preferred). • Experience with deep learning frameworks (For example: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). • Advanced knowledge of machineu2011learning techniques and frameworks (For example: scikitu2011learn, TensorFlow), as well as generative AI technologies, including large language models and retrievalu2011augmented generation (RAG). • Ability to write clean, efficient, and reusable code. • Strong understanding of various data types and formats, including experience with both structured and unstructured data. • Experience with data visualization tools (For example: Tableau, Power BI).

Additional Requirements • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is considered an asset.
