About

As a Data Scientist in Conversational AI, you are part of an interdisciplinary agile team responsible for building Mobiliar's Speech-to-Text, Voicebot, and Chatbot capabilities and implementing various business initiatives related to Conversational AI.

What you'll do

Together with your team, you will develop data-driven solutions for the insurance industry. You will work closely with internal business stakeholders and develop tailor-made solutions for their requirements. You will combine classic methods with modern, generative AI approaches.

Your team consists of other Data Scientists, a Business Analyst, a Scrum Master, and a Product Owner. It is responsible for data acquisition, as well as the development, production deployment, and operation of AI components (MLOps). Your team creates direct added value for the business with its solutions.

You are an active member of our internal community of around 20 Data Scientists and contribute know-how on best practices, frameworks, and new technologies to our area.

Requirements

• Completed Master's degree (University/ETH, FH, HF) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, or another quantitative field
• More than 5 years of practical professional experience in the production deployment of Data Science solutions
• Practical experience with Deep Learning, Transfer Learning, and Large Language Models
• Very good programming skills in Python and familiarity with Automated Testing and CI/CD
• Data Engineering skills are an advantage
• Experience with Cloud Tools and Frameworks, preferably Azure
• Team-oriented personality, openness to new ideas and change, and a great enthusiasm for data
• Enjoy inspiring others about your topics and sharing know-how
• Fluent German, very good English skills; French skills are an advantage
