We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist – Intelligent Operations to leverage data and advanced analytics to optimize business operations. The ideal candidate will apply machine learning, statistical modeling, and AI techniques to solve complex operational challenges and drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models and analytics solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Implement machine learning models in production environments
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and KPIs
- Design dashboards and reporting tools for operational insights
- Work with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and analytics
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance in analytics projects
- Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Python, R, or similar programming languages
- Expertise in machine learning, AI, and statistical modeling
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong SQL and database knowledge
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Intelligent Automation, RPA, or operational analytics
- Knowledge of NLP, time series forecasting, or optimization algorithms
