FinDiT Consulting is a consulting firm specializing in supporting financial players in their digital transformation.
Our offering is structured around two major areas:
- Digital Consulting, or how to help our clients converge towards digital solutions corresponding to their business (digitizing an RFP production process, eliminating friction between legal/compliance/marketing teams during product documentary productions, etc....).
- And the provision of consultants, with a finance/IT approach to MOA, project management, application, techno-functional, and Big Data roles. Our main clients are major banking groups, asset managers, insurance companies, brokers, stock exchanges...
Role
To support our growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst Consultant specialized in the Asset Management sector (H/F).
Consultants will join asset management teams based on their skills (see below) and will work on defining the target organizational and operational model, operational preparation of key stages, and implementation of the target model. Consultants will be dedicated to internal teams as reinforcements in the overall project. They will also provide support in certain operational tasks for the sales teams.
Missions
Context
As part of strengthening our Data teams, we are looking for an experienced Data Scientist (minimum 3 years of experience) to work on a strategic scope of fraud detection within a major player in the payments sector.
You will join a team specializing in advanced analysis, machine learning, and anomaly detection to secure transactions and improve fraud scoring models.
Your missions:
As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and optimizing fraud detection models (ML / DL).
- Designing and industrializing Data pipelines using Spark.
- Working on anomaly, scoring, segmentation, and behavioral analysis issues.
- Analyzing large volumes of data from payment systems.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of control and investigation tools.
- Working in close collaboration with engineering, security, compliance, and business teams.

Required Skills
Technical
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science.
- Mastery of Spark (PySpark ideally).
- Solid skills in Python, machine learning, statistics.
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure) is appreciated.
- Experience in model industrialization (MLflow, Airflow, CI/CD...) is a plus.
Business
- Knowledge of the payments sector or a similar domain (banking, fintech).
- Experience in fraud detection issues is highly appreciated.
