Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives to ensure insights drive business strategy
• Partner with senior leaders to define analytical problem statements and translate business needs into data-driven solutions
• Develop and deploy advanced statistical models and predictive capabilities supporting the organization's strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical, quantitative, or technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics and support functions
• 5+ years of experience with statistical/analytic languages such as Python, Apache Spark, or SQL
• Hands-on experience with advanced analytics techniques and predictive modeling
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and influence decision makers
