Data Scientist - Marketing

Experienced data scientists will find a full-time opportunity as a Data Scientist - Marketing, responsible for advising on analysis techniques, collaborating on data gathering, and conducting exploratory analysis, with the flexibility to work remotely or from the Lititz, PA office. Key responsibilities Advise on analysis and modeling techniques to generate actionable insights and drive value Collaborate with analytics engineers to implement advanced statistical methodologies Maintain and update Media Mix Models and design experiments to improve attribution models Required qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Data Science or a PhD in a quantitative field Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL with a strong foundation in statistical methods Hands-on experience with experimentation and causal inference frameworks Proven ability to partner with marketing teams to analyze experiments and inform strategies Experience building or refining Media Mix Models and Multi-Touch Attribution models
