What We Offer

Do you love data and want to leverage the diversity and possibilities of the data volumes of a leading asset manager to analyze and gain insights from customers, products, and sales processes? Then actively shape the future with us! As the "Data Intelligence, Systems and Consulting" department, we are responsible for all sales data for the retail customer segment of Union Investment.

To strengthen our constantly growing team, we are looking for you to develop innovative solutions together.

We are looking for you to support us with the following topics:

• Conceptualization and implementation of machine learning and data science models within the scope of potential and market development analyses as well as customer selections
• Development of data modeling concepts for the creation of mathematical-statistical solutions for diverse issues from the marketing, sales, or customer service departments
• Data analysis in the area of web tracking
• End-to-end process support: from the data source through data selection, modeling, deployment to the output of data, including data quality management and data warehouse optimization using modern tools
• Ensuring data protection and data governance along the data value chain

What You Offer

You are a good fit for us and this challenging position if you bring the following:

• Completed university degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, or business informatics
• Several years of experience in data analytics, data science, and big data processing
• Proficient use of machine learning programming languages, statistical software, and database systems (preferably Python and SQL, but also e.g. R, Tableau, PowerBI)
• Experience in developing creative and solution-oriented approaches, as well as in the innovative further development of mathematical and statistical models and machine learning methods.
• A working style characterized by partnership, appreciation, enthusiasm, and teamwork.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and the willingness to work on-site at our Frankfurt location (up to 40% home office).
