Responsibilities

• Agile development of data-driven solutions for targeted customer communication and improvement of our customer services, offers & processes
• Development and implementation of data-based control logic for cross-channel (omni-channel) customer engagement
• Analysis of the effectiveness and profitability of our marketing measures
• Translation of complex business questions into verifiable hypotheses and execution of well-founded analyses
• Derivation of strategic recommendations for action from analysis results and their presentation to stakeholders
• Execution of ad-hoc analyses to support and advise specialist departments and management

Qualifications

• Completed degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, computer science, or a comparable analytical degree with a focus on data analysis and modeling; alternatively, a completed apprenticeship combined with 4 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in the application of multivariate analysis methods, machine learning, and data mining – ideally in the context of marketing analyses, customer behavior, and loyalty programs
• User knowledge of SQL and proficient handling of Python, including relevant tools for data preparation, analysis, visualization, and modeling
• Experience with cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure and Data Bricks
• Strong analytical mindset, high initiative, and the ability to translate complex data into strategically relevant insights
