In your position, you will be instrumental in developing, optimizing, and maintaining AI/LLM models for Risklick's flagship product, Protocol AI. What You Will Be Doing

• Design, develop, and continuously improve LLM models, prompt pipelines, and retrieval systems that sit at the heart of Protocol AI • Work with large, complex clinical datasets to build robust, scalable data workflows that handle the messiness of real-world healthcare data • Evaluate model outputs rigorously against scientific and operational benchmarks, and iterate with the team to push quality further • Contribute your ideas to architectural decisions alongside the team, with real room to experiment and collectively shape how the system evolves • Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship reliable, high-quality features in a team that moves fast and stays curious • Investigate and resolve technical issues end to end, bringing your perspective while building on the expertise around you

What You Bring To The Job

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field. • First professional experience in LLM engineering, either on job or in relation of a thesis project/internship. • Proven expertise in LLM engineering, Python, LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, GenAI, and text-heavy AI workloads.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with RAG or LLM-augmented workflows. • Familiarity with semantic modelling and structured content systems. • Strong understanding of SaaS architecture and performance optimization.
