We are looking for you to strengthen our Research & Prototyping team at one of our locations in Monheim am Rhein, Stuttgart, Munich, or Chemnitz.

Responsibilities

• Requirements engineering with customers and partners for the analysis and evaluation of engineering information
• Independent conception of solution architectures together with customers, partners, and internal colleagues
• Coordination of the prototypical implementation of new solution architectures
• Development and validation of concepts with a representative number of potential partners and customers within EPLAN internal projects or within collaborative research projects

Profile

• Successfully completed studies in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering) or a comparable qualification, ideally a doctorate
• Knowledge of database technologies (GraphDB) and their query languages (SQL, Cypher), as well as automation technology, ideally with professional experience
• Creativity and enjoyment of design combined with the ability to work conceptually in an agile environment
• Strong communication skills, enjoyment of teamwork, and a high degree of customer orientation
• Independent, systematic, structured, and responsible way of working
• Affinity for topics such as engineering, CAD solutions, and software development
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
