Your Responsibilities

• Journey Analysis & Insights: Develop reporting from KPI dashboards to journey/funnel-based analyses (cohorts, retention, conversion, drop-offs) and derive concrete optimization insights and recommendations.
• Insight Generation & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the first point of contact for business and product questions, using appropriate methods (descriptive analyses, segmentation, hypotheses/experiments, causal approaches, etc.), process and present findings independently and in a target-group-oriented manner (product, engineering, business, management).
• Data Strategy: Contribute to the further development and implementation of our data strategy with a focus on relevant use cases in the product.
• Reporting: Take responsibility for creating, monitoring, and commenting on our product and company KPIs.
• Tracking & Product Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product development to define, implement, and continuously improve tracking requirements, ensuring product decisions are based on reliable data.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Business Engineering, Economics, or a comparable field.
• At least 4 years of hands-on professional experience in a role as Data Analyst/Scientist involving analytical skills. Experience with app tracking data and handling health data is a plus.
• Solid foundation in statistics and/or machine learning and hands-on experience applying common methods for ad-hoc analyses. Experience with MLOps is a plus.
• Proficient programming skills for data processing and analysis, mastery of common programming languages (SQL, Python, or similar), and a strong emphasis on automation.
• Precise, structured, and analytical working style, self-sufficient, and able to independently ensure the quality of work.
• Sense of responsibility, proactivity in and for the team, and fluent German and English language skills complete your profile.

The health insurers CSS and Visana, the telemedicine and digital health provider Medi24, and the technology provider DocMorris have founded the digital Swiss health platform.
