Responsibilities

• Develop machine learning models to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights on product performance and usage
• Collaborate with product development teams to integrate data collection and analytics tools throughout the product lifecycle
• Continuously improve analytics approaches using modern data science and AI technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in data analysis, data science, and machine learning, ideally in an automotive or engineering environment
• Strong programming skills in Python or MATLAB
• Experience with data visualization, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and big data technologies
• Solid knowledge of machine learning, statistical modeling, and AI
• Automotive testing or product development experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English and German and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Compensation

• With regard to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we offer the following annual gross remuneration (full time/38.5 hours) as a basis for negotiations for this position: We also offer a market‑standard overpayment depending on relevant work experience and qualifications.

• Modern work environment in an European technology center for battery development and testing
