Role Details

This is a position to be filled immediately for a renewable period of 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical documents (plans, technical files, nomenclatures, specifications)
• Verify the consistency of information between business documents and the ERP
• Work in direct liaison with the production, methods, industrialization, and design office teams to collect and validate necessary data
• Participate in technical reviews to anticipate impacts on ERP data
• Prepare loading files (articles, nomenclatures, routings, MRP parameters, work centers)
• Perform necessary updates or creations in the ERP according to defined processes
• Control the consistency, quality, and completeness of data before and after integration

Requirements

• Technician Bac +2/3 in Industrial Engineering, Methods, Production, Quality, Industrial IT
• First successful experience in an industrial or methods environment, in the aeronautics sector (a plus)
• Knowledge of industrial technical data: articles, nomenclatures (BOM), routings, drawings
• Understanding of industrial flows: production, methods, supply chain
• Knowledge of an ERP (ideally IFS)
• Good command of Excel (searches, structured tables, consistency checks)
• Rigor, attention to detail, autonomy
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Collaborative spirit with business teams
• Adaptability and organizational skills
