About the Role

As a Demand Marketing Manager at Daxko, your role involves executing tactical program and project plans to generate new logo and whitespace pipeline in Club, Boutique, or Non-Profit markets.   • Understand the products and brands in the market, their unique value propositions, and how they synergize to effectively dominate their market.
  • Identify the ideal customer profiles and personas in the market, including their pain points and buying criteria.
  • Develop and implement quarterly demand generation plans to achieve annual marketing sourced pipeline targets for various programs such as events, digital marketing, sales campaigns, website CRO and SEO, advertising, and email nurtures.
  • Coordinate with different marketing departments to adhere to best practices across all marketing channels.
  • Manage the execution, tracking, and optimization of the marketing plan by collaborating with key stakeholders in operations, content, web, paid media, and events teams.
  • Ensure timely reporting delivery and address any execution gaps impacting results and budget.
  • Execute within the assigned budget to ensure a satisfactory return on marketing investment and efficient vendor management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communication, or Business.
  • Two (2) to Four (4) years of relevant experience.
  • One (1) to two (2) years in B2B Marketing in a demand generation role.
  • Proficiency in executing best practices for core marketing channels like email, digital, web, and content.
  • Expertise in managing content and copy delivery for web pages, email, landing pages, and event copy.
  • Strong time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and driving project team workback schedules and deliveries.
  • Familiarity with SaaS marketing KPIs, benchmarks, and their application in program delivery.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
