This is a great opportunity for a Desktop Support Engineer to join a global IT Site Support team, providing hands-on support.

Responsibilities

• Delivering front-line IT support
• Troubleshooting Windows, Mac and Linux environments
• Supporting hardware and networking issues
• Collaborating with global infrastructure, INFOSEC, desktop and project teams

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in an IT support role within a multinational environment
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting Windows
• Fluent French and English
• The right to work in France without sponsorship is essential for this vacancy.

Work Model

You will commit to an onsite working model, required onsite 5 days a week.
