Your Tasks:

• Platform Orchestration: You actively participate in the operation and continuous evolution of our Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.
• GitOps & Automation: You implement modern deployment workflows with Git and ArgoCD to keep our infrastructure stable and scalable.
• Monitoring & Observability: You maintain an overview of our cluster using Grafana and ensure high availability and reliable alarming.
• Hybrid Infrastructure: You bridge the gap between classic and new worlds and reliably administer our Linux and Windows servers.
• Business-IT-Translation: You understand the needs of the business units and translate them into precise technical specifications.

What sets you apart personally:

• Your Foundation: You are a passionate IT professional with a Bachelor's degree (FH) and possess solid professional experience that makes you a confident point of contact in complex IT projects.
• Platform Expertise: You are deeply rooted in the container world, are proficient in Kubernetes or OpenShift, and are passionate about modern deployment strategies via GitOps (ArgoCD) and Git.
• Hybrid Know-how: You combine the best of both worlds – as an experienced professional in Linux and Windows server engineering (AD, Terminal Server), you navigate hybrid infrastructures with confidence.
• Automation Mindset: You have a flair for efficient workflows and possess practical experience with Ansible, Terraform, or Jenkins pipelines, as well as monitoring with Grafana.
• Backup & Data Specialist: You value stability and security, have expertise in backup solutions (Velero) and storage (S3, NFS), and are familiar with databases (Postgres) or IAM (Keycloak).
