- Proven experience as a Sr. DevOps Engineer architecting and managing large-scale CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps best practices. Leads DevOps initiatives, mentors junior engineers, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, secure, and high‑performing systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Leads the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise‑level CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
- Architects and manages secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure‑as‑Code principles.
- Establishes DevOps standards, best practices, and governance across multiple teams and environments.
- Oversees containerization and orchestration strategies for high availability and resilience.
- Implements and enforces security, compliance, and monitoring standards throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Analyzes and improves cost, performance, and reliability of cloud services.
- Acts as a technical mentor to junior DevOps engineers, providing guidance on automation, architecture, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborates with development, QA, operations, and security teams to streamline releases and incident response.
- Develops and maintains disaster recovery, business continuity, and capacity‑planning strategies.
- Builds and manages dashboards, alerts, and observability tools to ensure proactive issue detection and resolution.
- Communicates complex technical concepts to leadership and stakeholders in clear, actionable terms.
- Participates in on‑call rotations, post‑incident reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and risk.
Education
- Bachelor of Engineering/Computers
