Provide a reliable, highly available platform that orchestrates the microservices of a modernized operational system using cutting‑edge technologies. The Dev Ops Engineer will be responsible for: • Developing Infrastructure‑as‑Code and scripting to automate tasks, provision managed services, and build tools. • Experience patching, hardening, and maintaining compliance of RHEL. • Installing, configuring, and performing performance tuning using Kubernetes, Docker Compose, NiFi, and cloud‑native logging and metrics collection tools. • Managing CI/CD pipelines to automate building, testing, and deploying code with Git Lab runners and Argo CD. • Managing commercial cloud computing platforms (AWS). • Communicating and collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders. Position Required Skills • Developing Infrastructure‑as‑Code and scripting to automate tasks, provision managed services, and build tools. • Experience patching, hardening, and maintaining compliance of RHEL. • Installing, configuring, and performing performance tuning using Kubernetes, Docker Compose, NiFi, and cloud‑native logging and metrics collection tools. • Managing CI/CD pipelines with Git Lab runners and Argo CD. • Managing commercial cloud computing platforms (AWS). • Proficiency with Kubernetes, AWS, IaC. • Current Security+CE certification. Position Desired Skills • Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure (EC2, Lambdas, S3, SNS, SQS, Event Router, Athena, Step Functions) using Terraform and auto‑scaling. • Understanding of AWS networking principles including VPCs, NATs, and IP gateways. • Develop and manage Git Lab CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation. • Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and reliability. • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure system uptime. • Experience with Kubernetes, focusing on EKS, ECS, and/or Fargate. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
9 years or more of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related master’s degree.
Current Security+CE certification. Salary Range
