About the Position
We are conducting a nationwide search for a position that involves precise operational and technical control of Kubernetes and CI/CD. We are looking for a technically sound platform function with a focus on delivery, operations, and automation. Primegate is managing this search discreetly, in a structured manner, and with clear coordination between the candidate and the target company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and operate CI/CD and platform structures with a focus on Kubernetes and container operations.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes and ensure reproducible releases.
- Stabilize platforms through monitoring, logging, security hardening, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate closely with development, security, and infrastructure teams on robust delivery processes.
- Document operational standards, changes, and technical decisions in a comprehensible manner.
Requirements
- Degree or training in an IT environment with several years of DevOps or platform experience.
- Proficient in Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD tools.
- Experience in automation, infrastructure-as-code, and production-like environments.
- Understanding of security, monitoring, and stable operational processes.
- Very good German language skills and clear technical communication instead of buzzword-heavy language.

Salary, Locations & Application
The salary logic is consistently applied across title, feed, and CSV: €72,000 to €105,600 gross per year, or up to €8,800 monthly. For reach logic, the position is listed in cities such as Oldenburg and Minden, in addition to being near Kassel. The role is designed as a location-based presence function; a misleading remote signal is intentionally not set in the feed.
