Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who can design, develop, and support automation solutions while also driving projects from concept to delivery using a Work‑Breakdown‑Structure (WBS) approach. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, comfortable writing technical documentation, and can partner with IT, networking, and business teams to deliver reliable, data‑driven services.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Development – Write clean, maintainable Python scripts for automation, data processing, and integration tasks.
• Analytics & Reporting – Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that translate technical data into actionable business insights.
• Technical Documentation – Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, run‑books, requirement specs, and user guides.
• Project Management – Define scope, create WBS deliverables, track milestones, and report status to stakeholders.
• Collaboration – Work closely with IT infrastructure, network, and security teams to ensure smooth system operations and compliance.
• GenAI Enablement – Identify and prototype use‑cases where Generative AI can automate workflows, enhance data analysis, or improve user experiences.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
