Im Team System Management Services sind wir enabler für die hybride Cloud Plattform bestehend aus unserer private Cloud und der Public Cloud. Wir stellen entweder dem Endkunden oder den den internen Teams unsere Plattform zur Verfügung um darauf weitere Services aufzubauen.

What is your scope of action?

• You continuously develop our customer-oriented, resilient, and automated system management service based on Windows.
• You create technical concepts, documentation, and service descriptions related to our service.
• You analyze disturbances, error states, and performance problems from an end-to-end perspective, thus ensuring smooth service operation.
• You actively shape the further development and transformation of our DevOps landscape.
• You are a valuable team member who works with passion, joy, and drive – and brings this positive energy to the entire organization.

What do you bring?

• Higher technical education in computer science (University, FH, HF) and/or several years of professional experience in DevOps with a focus on Windows
• Sound experience in scripting and automation technologies (Powershell/DSC, Ansible, Python, and others)
• Very good experience in Windows and basic experience in Linux
• Experience in Azure, Azure Arc, and MS Defender as well as Grafana, Mimir, and Splunk
• Independent and communicative personality who likes to take responsibility and has a networked, analytical, and forward-thinking mindset
• Strong communication skills in German and English
