Team and context
You’ll work within a DevOps team currently composed of 4 engineers, reporting to the Engineering Manager. You’ll collaborate closely with 300+ engineers to define and elevate performance, reliability and observability standards across the organization. You’ll be embedded in multidisciplinary product teams (Frontend & Backend), working closely with another DevOps Engineer and an Application Security Engineer. This is a high-impact role : you’re joining early and will help shape how reliability works at scale.
Offices
The company's HQ are in Paris, but the whole Tech team is remote-first. You are thus free to work from wherever you want in Europe.
Your Missions
- Evangelize and simplify SRE practices across our engineering organization (300+ engineers).
- Proactively identify reliability and performance improvement opportunities - not just react to incidents.
- Define and evolve performance, metrics and observability standards (SLIs/SLOs, monitoring frameworks, alerting strategies).
- Scale production resources efficiently while ensuring resilience and cost awareness.
- Design, implement and continuously improve tooling and monitoring systems.
- Contribute to engineering guidelines and best practices around reliability and production excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, Security and Platform stakeholders to embed reliability by design.
You're the right candidate if you have experience :
- Working with cloud environments (we use AWS).
- Building and evolving observability and monitoring systems (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk or similar).
- Scaling production systems and web applications, including asynchronous job systems.
- Operating in high-growth or product-led environments.
- Influencing engineering teams and driving reliability practices at scale.
