About Us

As part of the digitalization initiative, we develop tailor-made solutions for corporate customer advisors in cooperative banks on the cloud-based omni-channel platform of Atruvia AG. As part of a cross-functional, self-managing team, you will help build tools that corporate customer advisors can use to organize their customer portfolio and create competent, modern, and inspiring consulting and support experiences. The tools are used in digital and personal-digital consulting situations on both PCs and tablets.

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you play a central role between development teams, architecture, operating partners, and regulatory requirements. You ensure that security, compliance, and operational requirements are analyzed early on, realistically assessed, and translated into actionable best practices before they become a problem during implementation or operation.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and evaluation of platform requirements (Security, Observability, Resilience)
• Support in the structured root cause analysis of security findings, performance or stability problems, resource and scaling issues
• Development of reference architectures, guardrails, and decision-making aids
• Early enablement of development teams through standards (cloud-native security and architecture principles) and enablement formats for operational and security paradigms
• Ensuring a balanced implementation of: Security, Compliance, Performance, Resource Requirements
• Translation of regulatory requirements (e.g., BAIT, MaRisk etc.) into concrete technical architecture and design decisions

Requirements

• Several years of experience in DevSecOps or architecture environments (container & Kubernetes/OpenShift concepts) and cloud architectures (ideally Google Cloud or comparable)
• Experience with security and compliance-critical applications
• Experience in a regulated environment (financial services or comparable) and a good understanding of IT security, risk, and compliance requirements
• Ability to communicate complex technical interrelationships understandably and appropriately for the audience
• Strong communication and moderation skills and enjoyment in enabling teams
• Ability to critically evaluate platform specifications and operationalize them realistically
