Role OverviewThe Ad Sales Manager will be responsible for driving advertising revenue by building partnerships with brands, agencies, and performance marketers. This role focuses on selling interactive advertising campaigns, rewarded video ads, and virtual product experiences on AdxReel.
The ideal candidate has strong relationships with advertisers and understands the digital advertising ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute advertising sales strategies to grow platform revenue • Identify and acquire new brand and agency partnerships • Pitch AdxReel’s interactive advertising solutions to advertisers • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals • Work with internal teams to design customized ad campaigns • Build long-term relationships with advertising agencies and marketing leaders • Track campaign performance and ensure advertiser satisfaction • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets • Provide market insights and advertiser feedback to the product team
Requirements- 3–7 years experience in digital advertising sales or media sales • Experience selling advertising solutions to brands or agencies • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, CPM, CPC, and digital campaigns • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to manage multiple advertiser relationships • Experience in startup or high-growth environments is a plus
Preferred Experience- Experience with short-video platforms or creator ecosystems • Existing relationships with brand marketers and media agencies • Knowledge of mobile advertising, rewarded ads, and performance marketing

Requirements
