Role Description

We are seeking a Digital Assets Liquidity Product Manager to lead the development and management of liquidity solutions for tokenized real assets. This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility to work remotely. Responsibilities include overseeing end‑to‑end product lifecycle management, designing digital tools for enhanced liquidity processes, collaborating with development teams to build trading integrations, analyzing market trends to improve liquidity strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role will also involve liaising with stakeholders, such as institutional clients and DeFi participants, to align product development with market needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Management and Project Management skills, with experience in overseeing the full lifecycle of digital products
• Proven ability in Communication and presenting technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Analytical Skills to interpret and act on market data, liquidity patterns, and user behavior
• Experience in implementing Digital Strategy and aligning solutions with blockchain and DeFi ecosystems
• Knowledge of tokenization, real‑world asset markets, blockchain technology, and DeFi protocols
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with global teams
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
