  • Collaborate with executives, marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to create content that supports business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain workflows, templates, and brand standards to promote consistency and efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors (such as photographers, videographers, and creative agencies), ensuring all deliverables align with brand and marketing standards.
  • Stay informed of industry trends in digital marketing and design, proposing innovative enhancements where relevant.
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of campaign and content strategies.
  • Travel as necessary to job sites, company events, and various office locations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to articulate design rationale and trade-offs clearly to non-creative stakeholders.
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and relevant design/video tools.
  • Strong grasp of branding principles, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Proven capability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits and Compensation:

This position offers competitive pay along with benefits such as paid vacation and health/dental insurance.
