About the Role

Drive profitable online growth for Opptra's consumer brand portfolio across GCC markets. Own performance marketing strategy and execution across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. Report to Gaurav Ralhan and partner with global category and regional teams to scale marketplace and D2C channels.

Opptra unlocks Asian expansion for consumer brands through ecommerce and digital capabilities, building category-aligned franchising businesses across India, GCC, and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • GCC Marketplace Management: Execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Noon, Amazon Middle East, Meta, and Google for diverse product categories including Home & Kitchen, Electronics, Beauty, Sports, Baby, Toys, and Pets
  • Campaign Optimization: Manage PDP content optimization, A+ listings, SEO, promotions, and pricing strategies tailored to GCC consumer preferences and cultural nuances
  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop comprehensive 30/60/90-day growth plans with measurable OKRs, run structured growth experiments, and build repeatable playbooks for scaling operations
  • Performance Analytics: Utilize advanced tools like Skai or Pacvue to manage campaigns, create attribution models, and build actionable dashboards for real-time optimization
  • P&L Management: Own unit economics including CAC vs LTV analysis, TACoS vs ROAS optimization, and build detailed financial models to maximize marketing ROI across all GCC markets
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Global Category Management, Regional Supply Chain, and local business development teams to ensure campaign readiness and alignment
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis, monitor market trends, and adapt strategies based on regional consumer behavior patterns and seasonal dynamics

Key Requirements

  • Digital Marketing Experience: 4-6 years in performance marketing with proven hands-on experience managing marketplace campaigns, preferably with Amazon Middle East, Noon, or similar GCC platforms
  • GCC Market Expertise: Deep understanding of regional consumer behavior, cultural preferences, payment methods, and platform-specific dynamics across Gulf countries
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in SQL, Excel modeling, and performance marketing tools; experience with attribution modeling and cohort analysis; Arabic language skills highly preferred
  • Platform Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in both marketplace advertising (Amazon, Noon) and broader digital channels (Meta, Google Ads) with ability to balance short-term performance with long-term brand building
  • Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Strong track record in growth experimentation, A/B testing, data-driven decision making, and translating insights into actionable campaign optimizations
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to connect marketing investments to business outcomes, manage budgets effectively, and understand complex unit economics in multi-brand, multi-category environments
