As part of our 2026 initiatives, we are looking to significantly expand the reach and awareness of Govinda’s services across social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
This is a meaningful opportunity for individuals who would like to volunteer their professional skills in service while gaining hands-on experience in a growing community initiative.
Role Overview
We are seeking a volunteer who can:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy
- Plan and manage a content calendar
- Create or guide engaging content (posts, reels, campaigns)
- Monitor performance and track engagement
- Collaborate with temple teams to promote events and services

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager at ISKCON Naperville. The Account Manager will oversee and nurture relationships with community members, donors, and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining donor engagement strategies, managing contributions, coordinating community programs and events, and overseeing communication efforts. Additional responsibilities include preparing and presenting reports, tracking fundraising goals, and identifying opportunities for growth to support ISKCON Naperville's mission.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and customer service skills to build and maintain strong connections with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and donor management systems; comfortable with database tools and spreadsheets.
- Strong organization, time management, and event coordination abilities to manage multiple community programs and projects effectively.
- Understanding of fundraising principles, strategic planning, and donor engagement strategies.
- Knowledge or interest in Vedic culture, spiritual practices, or non-profit organizations is a plus.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with a diverse team.
