Digital Performance Strategist - Online Retail (India)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager – E-commerce who can take ownership of paid marketing and drive revenue growth for online brands.

This role requires someone who can plan, execute, and scale campaigns, while continuously improving funnel performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end performance marketing across Meta Ads (primary) and Google Ads (secondary) - Plan and manage monthly budgets with a focus on ROAS, CAC, MER, and profitability - Build and optimize full-funnel strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF) - Analyze campaign performance and take data-driven decisions - Work closely with the creative team to test and scale high-performing ad creatives - Identify growth opportunities across ads, landing pages, and checkout funnel - Monitor and improve conversion rates across the customer journey - Build structured reporting and track key business metrics

Must-have Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing for e-commerce or D2C brands - Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads scaling - Working knowledge of Google Ads - Deep understanding of ROAS, CAC, MER, CVR, AOV, and attribution - Experience with Shopify, GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking - Proven track record of scaling campaigns with measurable results - Must be based in Mumbai or open to working onsite

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or jewelry brands - Robust understanding of creative testing and funnel optimization - Experience managing TOF–MOF–BOF strategies - Analytical mindset with ability to connect marketing → revenue → profitability - Experience working with creative/content teams
