Your Mission

Your mission is to support our clients in transforming their collaborative environments. You will be involved in strategic projects combining technical expertise and consulting.

Your Main Responsibilities

Architecture & Deployment:

• Design and implement cloud collaborative solutions based on Google Workspace.
• Conduct technical and functional audits to propose evolution plans adapted to the client's needs.
• Understand complex SaaS and hybrid architectures.

Migration & Security:

• Lead the technical activities of migration projects to Google Workspace, including data migration, identity management, and integration.
• Implement advanced cloud security strategies: Zero Trust, IAM, DLP, and MFA.

Automation & Continuous Improvement:

• Manage interconnections and automations using scripts and specialized tools (PowerShell, GAM, Python).
• Ensure continuous technological watch on collaboration, security, and productivity tools.
• Contribute to technical documentation and the improvement of Devoteam's internal offerings.

The Profile We're Looking For

We are looking for a profile combining a solid technical background with a true "consulting spirit."

Training & Experience:

• You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school or university (computer science or information systems).
• You have a successful first experience in technical management of a Digital Workplace platform (Google or Microsoft).

Technical Expertise (Hard Skills):

• You have mastered the Google Workspace ecosystem (administration, security, IAM, device management).
• You have proven skills in scripting and automation (PowerShell, GAM, Python).
• Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 / Azure AD / Intune environment is a plus.
• Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 certifications are an asset.

Soft Skills:

• You demonstrate listening skills, pedagogical ability, and excellent technical communication skills.
• You are curious, rigorous, and have a strong cloud culture.
• You enjoy client relations and delivering quality work.
