Your Role

To ensure our cloud experts can work smoothly, we need an internal IT foundation that is just as modern and dynamic as our customer projects. Therefore, we are looking for a motivated Digital Workplace Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen our internal IT team, who will manage and develop our system landscape with passion.

A role with a lot of personal responsibility and real scope for design awaits you: With us, you are not just an "administrator" but actively drive the digitalization of our own working world. You will work closely with our IT Manager and various departments to find innovative solutions for our daily work.

What you'll do

• Hands-On Administration: Operational administration, configuration, and maintenance of our cloud services (especially Google Workspace, M365) and various SaaS applications.
• IT Support: Competent contact person (1st & 2nd Level) for your colleagues on all IT technical questions (hardware, software, network, accounts).
• Device Management: Administration and provisioning of our end devices (Windows, macOS, ChromeOS) using modern Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Projects & Rollouts: Technological implementation of internal IT projects in close cooperation with the IT Manager (e.g., introduction of new tools or automation of workflows).
• Security & Compliance: Active implementation and monitoring of IT security measures and data protection regulations (e.g., Endpoint Security, Access Management) in daily operations.
• Lifecycle Management: Smooth execution of technical onboarding and offboarding of employees.

What we're looking for

• Successfully completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or comparable technical qualification/professional experience.
• Confident, practical experience in the administration of cloud environments (preferably Google Workspace and M365) and in Identity & Access Management.
• Good knowledge in client support and device management (MDM) for Windows, macOS, and/or ChromeOS.
• Strong hands-on mentality, high technical problem-solving skills, and strong service orientation.
• Basic technical understanding of IT security standards and best practices.
• Team player qualities, initiative, and enjoyment of an agile work environment.
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
