Das Bist Du (You are)

• Studying Marketing, Media, Communications, or a comparable education.
• Several years of experience in affiliate marketing or partner management – ideally in performance or e-commerce.
• Strategic thinking, analytical strength, and routine in handling data.
• Confident stakeholder management and open, clear communication.
• Proactive, structured way of working and enjoyment in building something.
• Bonus: Experience with commission models, tracking, price comparison sites, contract negotiations, or agency management.
• Bonus: Experience in Search Engine Advertising.
• Very good German and English skills.

Das Sind Deine Aufgaben (These are your tasks)

• You will take responsibility for our affiliate activities in the DACH region – from strategy to performance.
• You will independently plan, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns – data-driven and performance-oriented.
• You will be responsible for budgets, reporting, and derive clear recommendations for action from them.
• You will identify new potentials, develop innovative campaign and partner approaches, and take our channel to the next level.
• You will implement affiliate promotions, vouchers, and special measures.
• You will evaluate potential partners, further develop the portfolio, and confidently manage our agency.
• You will further develop our Private Affiliate Network and manage the affiliate feeds (feed engine).
